The present PIL has been filed by the petitioner Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, who is an Advocate inter alia praying that the respondent be directed to ensure that all the coaching institutes in the State of Rajasthan must fulfill the requirement of fighting equipments and they must have immediate fire rescue passage system in the building and further to ensure that no illegal construction be done without complying the building by-laws.
This Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No. 1481/2018, Kunal Rawat vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. passed detail orders with regard to the issue raised in this petition. Anther PIL on the same subject need not be entertained.
