by way of filing Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.2134/2019. The Supreme Court vide order dated 15.3.2019 has passed an interim order.
In view of above present contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if eventually the aforesaid Special Leave Petition is dismissed or if the necessity so arises.
Present matter be treated as disposed of.
