This court is satisfied that the order passed by this court, which is sought to be complied with, has been implemented by the respondents and the petitioner has been treated as a departmental candidate. It is further informed by the respondents that the petitioner’s candidature was rejected on the ground of being ineligible on account of not having requisite educational qualification. Leaving the petitioner to take up his dispute relating to the order of declaring him ineligible, this contempt petition is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped and notices issued are discharged.
