Learned counsel for the petitioner states that if the relief claimed by the petitioner as has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2018 then it shall be exceed the quota of 50% of the post of TSP General, which cannot be allowed in terms of law.
Such a ground cannot be held to be a sufficient ground. Hence, no case for review and modification of the order dated 12.03.2018 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil writ petition No.10981/2017 is made out. Consequently, the present review petition is dismissed.
