The matter comes up for consideration of an application (CMCW No.84/2018) preferred on behalf of the petitioner under Section 5 of the Limitation Act with a prayer for condoning the delay in filing the instant writ review petition.

Mr. C.S. Bissa appearing on behalf of the sole respondent has not opposed the application (CMCW No.84/2018) for condoning the delay in filing writ review petition.

Hence, the application (CMCW No.84/2018) is allowed. The delay in filing writ review petition is hereby condoned.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ review petition is heard finally.

This writ review petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners-State with a prayer for reviewing the order dated 02.04.2013 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.67/2013 (Ram Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

Learned counsel for the petitioners-State has submitted that as a matter of fact on completion of 18 years of service, the respondent – Ram Singh is entitled for Pay Scale of Rs.4000-6000 and on completion of 27 years of services, he is entitled for Pay Scale of Rs.5000-8000, however, this Court vide order dated 02.04.2013 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.67/2013 has ordered that the respondent – Ram Singh is entitled for getting Pay Scale of Rs.5000-8000 on completion of 18 years of service as Second Selection Grade and Pay Scale of Rs.5500-9000 on completion of 27 years of services as Third Selection Grade. It is contended that it appears that the wrong selection grades have been ordered to be granted to the respondent – Ram Singh in the order dated 02.04.2013.

Mr. C.S. Bissa learned counsel appearing for the respondent has frankly admitted that the respondent – Ram Singh is entitled only for getting Pay Scale of Rs.4000-6000 on completion of 18 years of service as Second Selection Grade and Pay Scale of Rs.5000-8000 on completion of 27 years of service as Third Selection Grade.

In view of the candid admission by learned counsel for the respondent, the order dated 02.04.2013 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.67/2013 (Ram Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) is reviewed and it is ordered that the respondent – Ram Singh is
