Matter comes up on the misc. application for correction of modification in the order dt.10.07.2018 passed by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in last para of the order at page nine, inadvertently the date of impugned order has been mentioned as 12.07.2007. Counsel has submitted that the impugned order in the writ petition was dt.10.07.2007.
For the reasons stated/mentioned therein, the said application is allowed and the necessary corrections are ordered to be made in last para of the order at page nine. Now, the date of impugned order is substituted as 10.07.2007 instead of 12.07.2007.
Counsel for the petitioner may be issued corrected order accordingly.
The application stands disposed of.
