Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present controversy in the instant petition is squarely covered by decision of the Division Bench judgment passed in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 1068/2014 (Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and six other connected appeals decided on 17^th December, 2015 at Principal Seat, Jodhpur. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar G.C, present in the Court, is directed to accept notices on behalf of the respondents and counsel for the

petitioner is directed to serve copy of the writ petition to him in the Court itself.

The issue raised in the instant petition is with respect to grant of selection scale to the petitioner on completion of 9, 18 and 27 years of service.

This Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 1068/2014 (Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and six other connected appeals had taken a view that the candidate should be entitled to selection grade and get fixation in the pay-scale of Rs.975-1720, 1200-2050 and 1640-2900 (55009000) on completion of 9, 18 & 27 years of service respectively.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, counsel for the State submits that the respondents are giving benefit to such employees, who had approached the Court earlier in terms of the judgment of Division Bench (supra). The present writ petition is allowed in the same terms as the order passed in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 1068/2014 (Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and six other connected appeals decided on 17^th December, 2015.

The present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to confer the benefits in favour of the petitioner within the period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
