Non-compliance of the order dated 18.04.2017 in S.B.C.W.P. No.18094/2016 at the petitioner’s instance is alleged. Therein this court had directed that in the event, following the medical examination of the petitioner by the Medical Superintendent, AIIMS Jodhpur for his height and chest parameters, he was found suitable and suffered no other impediment regarding eligibility he would be appointed to the post of Fireman under Rajasthan Municipal (Subordinate and Ministerial Service) Rules, 1963 (hereinafter ‘the Rules of 1963’).

Ms.Alka Meena, Secretary, Rajasthan Municipalities (Administrative & Technical) and (Subordinate and Ministerial) Services Selection Commission has appeared in person and submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as Fireman under the Rules of 1963 and posted at Ajmer.
A copy of the order dated 16.11.2017 under the hand of the Additional Director Local Self Government, by which the petitioner has been given appointment has been annexed with the reply to the petition.
In the facts obtaining, the order passed by this court on 18.04.2017 has been complied with. This contempt petition is accordingly infructuous. Disposed of as such. Notices of contempt are discharged.
