By this application, the applicant-petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 15.02.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1392/2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in second para of the order dated 15.02.2018, due to typographical error, the Murabba number typed as “ 117/25 ” instead of “ 117/29 ”. It is further submits that on time of filing of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1392/2014 name of father of petitioner wrongly mentioned as “ Jeet Singh ” whereas it is “ Jeeta Singh ” in the cause title, therefore, the same mistake has been occurred in the order dated 15.02.2018.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that due to inadvertence, the aforementioned mistake have occurred. Hence, the same is rectified and it is ordered that in the second para of order dated 15.02.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1392/2014, in place of “ 117/25 ” , “ 117/29 ” may be read and in the cause title of order dated 15.02.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1392/2014, in place of “ Jeet Singh ” , “ Jeeta Singh ” may be read. Amended cause title already filed be taken on record.
The instant application stands disposed of.
