Mr. Vikas Choudhary appearing for the respondents – contemnors informs that the compliance of the order dated 09.02.2018 has been made and the appointment order dated 23.07.2018 has been issued in favour of the petitioner.
Mr. Pawan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner neither disputes this position nor does he wish to prosecute the present contempt petition, in such situation.
This being the position, I am not inclined to continue with the present contempt petition.
Notices of contempt are thus discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical
purposes.
