Upon perusal of the reply submitted on behalf of respondents-contemnor, it is clearly discernible that order dated 06.10.2017 passed by the Court while disposing of Civil Writ Petition No.6733/2017 has been complied with. Moreover, due to subsequent events also, nothing survives in this contempt petition as the petitioner himself has volunteered for settlement of the vigilance case and the same has been settled.
