On hearing learned counsel for the accused-appellant as well as learned Public Prosecutor and taking into consideration the totality of evidence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence awarded to the accused-appellant. However, considering the fact that accused-appellant is in jail for more than five years, registry is directed to prepare the paper book and list the appeal for hearing.
The application for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
