These applications have been filed by the accusedapplicants seeking suspension of sentence awarded to them by the trial court.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the accusedapplicants, learned Public Prosecutor, taking into consideration statements of Vinay Kumar Sharma (P.W.2) and Sunil Yogi (P.W.15), recovery of knife and evidence in totality, we are not persuaded to suspend the sentence of the accused-applicants.
The applications for suspension of sentence of the accused-applicants are dismissed. However, considering that accused-applicants are in jail for last 5½ years and paper book has been prepared, it is directed that appeals be listed for hearing.
Office is directed to place a copy of this order on record of connected file.
