It is contended by counsel for the appellants that the appellants are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Appellants were on bail during trial. Father of deceased has admitted that deceased was sick and was treated. It is also contended that defence witnesses have given evidence that deceased was undergoing treatment. It is also contended that appellants have remained in custody for a period of one year.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application for suspension of sentence. His contention is that no document was

produced by the appellants to establish that deceased was undergoing treatment.

I have considered the contentions.

Considering the contentions of counsel for the appellants, application for suspension of sentence is allowed.

Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence is allowed. It is ordered that the sentence awarded to accusedapplicants in Sessions Case No.31/2015 (C.I.S. No.1144/2015) shall remain suspended if the appellants furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court to the effect that they shall appear before Registrar (Judicial) on or before 14.12.2018 and as and when called upon to do so.

Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court by fax/email by today itself with a direction to serve a photostat copy of the same to the appellants and an additional copy of this order be also sent to the concerned court by ordinary process.
