On 09.08.2018 it was conveyed by learned counsel for the petitioner that disputing couple has settled their dispute amicably, so time was granted for filing document relating thereto.

By dint of instant petition a challenge has been made against the quantum of maintenance amount awarded by the court below in the tune of Rs. 2500/- per month.

Examined the order impugned passed by Family Court No. 2 Jaipur on 19.09.2007, learned court below has dealt with the earning factum of the petitioner and amount of Rs. 2,500/awarded towards maintenance, does not appear to be in higher side.

Considering the price index and escalation of prices of essential commodities, this court is reluctant to interfere with the order impugned, since no infirmity is reflected

Petition lacks merit, dismissed.
