After arguing the case to some length, learned counsel for appellants prays for withdrawal of the writ petition so as the appeal with liberty to approach this court afresh to make a challenge to the certain provisions of the Rajasthan Voluntary Rural Education Service Rules, 2010 (for short “the Rules of 2010”).

In view of the prayer made above, writ petition so as the appeal are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh for challenge to the validity of the Rules of 2010 and, accordingly, they are dismissed as withdrawn.
