Learned counsel for the parties admit that judgment in question has already been set aside by this Court in DB Special Appeal (Writ) No.130/2018, Keshav Prasad Meena Vs. Rajasthan Legislative Assembly & Ors. decided on 23rd March, 2018 along with connected appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is ordered to be governed by the judgment in the case of Keshav Prasad Meena (supra).
It is, however, informed by learned counsel for the nonappellants that a review petition has been filed in the case aforesaid.
If that is so then learned counsel for both the parties agree that final outcome of the review petition would further govern this case. Accordingly, the judgment in the case of Keshav Prasad Meena (supra) would apply to this appeal.
With the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of.
