This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in SBCWP No.263/2018, which reads as under:

“Despite repeated directions given by this Court, the petitioner has not deposited the complete record of Gramdani Gram Jawandh Juni. Thus, the District Collector Jaisalmer is directed to forthwith appoint an Administrator on the Gramdani Gram Jawandh Juni. The petitioner shall deposit the entire record of the Gramdani proceedings with the administrator within a

period of ten days from today, failing which this writ petition shall be dismissed on this ground alone.

List on 09.08.2018.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submits that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the present special appeal vide order dated 27.08.2018 record has already been handed over by the appellant to the concerned authority and, therefore, now there is no need to appoint any Administrator for Gramdani Gram Sabha Jawandh Juni.

The appellant/writ-petitioner pursuant to the notice issued by the Tehsildar, Jailsamer, having handed over the record, it is always open for him to make prayer before the learned Single Judge for recalling the order dated 18.07.2018 directing the District Collector, Jaisalmer to appoint Administrator for Gramdani Gram Sabha Jawandh Juni.

No case for interference by us in the intra-court jurisdiction is made out.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
