Shri Suparasnath Jain Sangh Trust, Bharudi, whereby the appeal preferred by appellant Revenue, involving identical question stand dismissed.
Accordingly, this appeal is also dismissed in the light of decision of this Court in the case of Shri Suparasnath Jain Sangh Trust, Bharudi ( supra ).
