This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed after registration of the FIR.

No specific allegation exists against anyone for detention of the corpus. It remains nothing but to be a case of missing of a person. The investigation pursuant to the FIR, would take its own course and accordingly, the police is expected to do the needful and for even to recover the corpus, if so missing. The petitioner is otherwise having alternative remedy for the aforesaid.
In view of the above, while disposing of this Habeas Corpus Petition, the petitioner is given liberty to pursue other remedy, if the corpus is not recovered.
