“a) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to provide petitioner with appointment on the post of Aganbadi Karyakarta from the date when the petitioner applied for the same with all consequential benefits.

b) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon`ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

c) Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs.”

Counsel for the petitioner states at the outset that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation is considered by the respondents by passing a speaking order within a period of 30 days.
