The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the following reliefs :-

“1. By an appropriate writ order or direction, any order denying the qualification and candidature of the petitioner for selection and appointment on the post of Teacher Grade III (Level II) English in pursuance of the amended advertisement dated 11.09.2017 may kindly be quashed and set aside.

By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the RTET certificate, 2011 and revised RTET Certificate of the petitioner for the post of Teacher Grade III (Level II) English in pursuance of the amended advertisement dated 11.09.2017.

By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to permit the petitioner in the further selection process and provide the appointment on the post of Teacher Grade III (Level II) English in

pursuance of the amended advertisement dated 11.09.2017 with all consequential benefits.

Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon`ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners.”

Counsel for the petitioner states at the outset that the petitioner shall be satisfied if his representation is considered by the respondents.

In light of such submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of 30 days from today. Any filling of the post concerned shall be subject to final decision taken by the respondents.
