Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.
By Way of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court expressing an apprehension that by the remodeling which is being undertaken of the Araiyanwali Minor Canal under the sanction (Annexure-8), the water supply being made to the farmers of 10 ARW (tail) shall be reduced.
Shri Rajpurohit, AGC representing the respondents submits that this apprehension was expressed by the petitioner and his likes by submitting representation which was considered by the Executive Engineer who has clearly mentioned in this recommendation dated 28.07.2017 that 0.56 of extra water has been sanctioned for this canal pursuant to its remodeling and thus, the water supply to the farmers located at the tail i.e. 10ARW shall not be reduced.

In this background, this Court feels that the apprehension expressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is unfounded. However, in case, after the remodelled design of the canal is materialised, any reduction of water supply is experienced, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse of the suitable remedy for ventilating this grievance.
With these observations and directions, the instant writ petition as well as stay application are disposed of.
