These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners aggrieved against rejection of their candidature for the post of College Lecturer.

By order dated 26.04.2018 the petitioners were permitted to appear in the interview scheduled to be conducted by the respondents in the respective category. However, it was ordered that the interim order shall not create any right in favour of the petitioners and the result shall be kept in sealed cover.
Before proceeding further in the matter, the result of the petitioners’ interview was called.
Learned counsel appearing for RPSC produced the result in sealed covered, which was opened in the Court and it is submitted by counsel for RPSC that both the petitioners have not been able to secure cut off marks.
In view thereof, leaving the issues raised by the petitioners regarding their eligibility open, the present writ petitions filed by the petitioners are disposed of.
