Mr.Mahendra Shandilya counsel for the petitioners-

Colleges submitted that vide office order dated 11.3.2018 under

the hand of Assistant Registrar, Academic-II, University of Rajasthan, the three petitioners-Colleges have been granted fresh provisional affiliation for running their B.Ed. Courses for the Academic Year 2017-18. He submitted that in this view of the matter the writ petitions have been rendered infructuous to the extent of the prayers made and the relief sought in the petition

and be accordingly disposed of.

Mr.Mahendra Shandilya, however submitted that for

reasons of abundant caution it be clarified that resultantly the students of the petitioner-Colleges admitted into the Academic Session 2017-18 in the B.Ed. Course who have the requisite attendance will be allowed to fill up their examination forms offline as the last date for filling examination forms online, has already expired. He further submitted that insofar as the condition of the office order dated 11.3.2018 pertaining to the future affiliation of the petitioners-Colleges is concerned, liberty be granted to impugn

the same if so advised or necessary.

These petitions are accordingly disposed of as

infructuous. However it is directed that in view of the fresh provisional affiliation having been granted to the petitionersColleges for their B.Ed. Courses for the Academic Session 2017-18 it follows as consequence that the students so admitted in the Academic Session 2017-18 who have the requisite attendance be allowed to fill up their examinations form offline as the last date

for filling of online examination forms has admittedly already expired.

It is also made clear that if the petitioners or any of them are aggrieved of the condition of the subsequent affiliation by the University as reflected in the office order dated 11.3.2018 they shall be free to lay a challenge thereto if so advised or

necessary. In which eventuality the challenge will be no doubt addressed in accordance with law.

Petitions accordingly disposed of.
