Matter comes up on a communication dated 19th November, 2018, received from the Court below seeking extension of time to conclude the pending proceedings in original application No. 413/2015 (222/2014): Jitendra Sangtani Vs. Ashok Kumar Watvani; in the backdrop of direction made by this Court on 21st February, 2018, in SBCWP No. 3686/2018, to conclude the proceedings within a period of eight months.
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of communication dated 19th November, 2018; this Court is satisfied with the reasons for extension of time and grants further two months time, from today, to conclude the pending proceedings, if any.
