After arguing for a while Mr.J.P. Goyal, Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his claim for compensation, on the strength of the compromise decree dated 20.07.2013 passed by the Additional District Judge, Dausa in suit no.36/2013 (21/2013), before the competent authority under the National Highways Act, 1956.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
