Both the counsel agree that the controversy stands covered by judgment passed by this Court as well as other Coordinate Benches relating to grant of caste certificate on the basis of having been married in State of Rajasthan. Of course, the same is required to be issued after verification from the concerned State relating to the status of the petitioner.
In S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.4551/2018 relying on “Manju

Yadav Vs. State of Rajasthan” decided on 27th February, 2018 wherein following directions issued:
“Taking into consideration aforesaid directions, this Court finds that present cases to the petitioner has prayed for issuance of the certificate on the basis of their residence after marriage in State of Rajasthan and in view thereof and in terms of the aforesaid order passed in the judgment(supra), the present writ petitions are allowed. In this writ petition, the directions, as quoted above shall be applied mutatis mutandis equally and the State is now directed to immediately take up steps. Concerned SDM in relation to each petitioner is directed to take steps for issuing OBC certificate in line of the aforesaid directions as early as possible.”
Taking into consideration aforesaid directions, this Court finds that present cases to the petitioner has prayed for issuance of the certificate on the basis of their residence after marriage in State of Rajasthan and in view thereof and in terms of the aforesaid order passed in the judgment(supra), the present writ petitions are allowed. In this writ petition, the directions, as quoted above shall be applied mutatis mutandis equally and the State is now directed to immediately take up steps. Concerned SDM in relation to each petitioner is directed to take steps for issuing OBC certificate in line of the aforesaid directions as early as possible.
With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is allowed.
