Learned counsel for the respondents submits that on account of subsequent events including the judgment of this Court in Chakravati Singh Rathore & Ors. v. State of Raj. & Ors.: SBCW No.14962/2017 , decided on 27.02.2018, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to controvert the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous on account of subsequent events including the judgment in the case of Chakravati Singh Rathore (supra).
