Ms. Kusum Rao, learned AGC has filed additional affidavit of the Dy. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Sirohi in which, it is mentioned that the notice of liquidation has been issued to the Society on 10.08.2018. The said notice has been annexed with the additional affidavit. The notice clearly reads that FIRs have been registered against the Management of Society for huge defalcation/irregularities.
In view of fact that the proceeding for liquidation of the Society have been initiated, nothing remains for consideration by this Court in this writ petition which is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application is also dismissed.
