Case No.81/17 (Computer No.82/17) and the impugned order dated 20.01.2018 (Annexure-6) passed by Additional District Judge No.1, Nagaur in Civil Appeal No.36/2017 may kindly be quashed and set aside.
b) Any other order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deemed just and proper be passed in favour of the petitioners;
