Grievance of the petitioners is that despite petitioners' working on the post of Para Teacher in the Rajiv Swarn Jayanti Pathshala Bairwa Basti since long with the respondents, they have not been regularized on the said post. It is further contended that petitioners are working for last more than 10 years continuously without intervention of order of any Court or Tribunal.

Having regard to the facts aforesaid, I require the petitioners to make a representation to respondents, who shall examine and consider the case of the petitioners for their regularization on the post of Para Teacher in the light of the direction given by the

Supreme Court in para 53 of the judgment in Secretary, State of Karnataka and others Vs. Uma Devi (3) and others: (2006) 4 SCC 1, that as per Rajasthan Class-IV Service (Recruitment and other Service Conditions) (Amendment) Rules, 2009, brought in force vide notification dated 27.02.2009, to consider cases of all such employees, who have been working on the post of Class-IV and have completed ten years of service, without intervention of any Court or Tribunal and continuously working as such on the date of commencement of these Rules i.e. 27.02.2009, so as to regularize them in service or otherwise, decide the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order assigning reasons to the petitioners for not addressing their such grievance within a period of three months from the date copy of this order is produced before him.

With the observations and directions aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
