The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by an order Annexure-4 passed by the respondents, whereby, the petitioners have been posted at G.G. Sec. School, Bagari Nagar, Sojat, Pali.
It is submitted by the petitioner’s counsel that after the order of posting, the petitioners made representation for being posted at a School where the post was still vacant. However, the respondents have not passed any order on the said representation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of

pursuing the present writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation and the respondents may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
Considering the above submissions, it is ordered that if the petitioner approaches the respondents with appropriate representation mentioning all the facts & raising her grievances, the respondents shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, alongwith a copy of this order.
In case the petitioner has any grievance qua the disposal of the representation, she would be free to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
