By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
“(i) That by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.4 i.e. Superintendent MDM Hospital Jodhpur, shall be directed to issue experience certificate to the humble petitioners;
(ii) That by an appropriate writ, order or direction this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents allow the humble petitioner in the recruitment allow the humble petitioner in the recruitment process for the post of pharmacist and to consider the award bonus marks for the relevant experience of the humble petitioner for the post of Pharmacist;

(iii) Any other relief to which the petitioners are entitled, may be granted in his favour; (iv) The writ petition may be allowed with costs.”
The respondent – State having entered a caveat has filed a reply inter alia stating that the petitioner’s request for grant of experience certificate has been turned down on 15.9.2018 and a copy thereof has already been sent to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for in the present writ petition for which, it is dismissed.
Needless to observe that the dismissal of the present writ petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner, if he seeks to challenge the said order of rejection of experience certificate.
