Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that controversy raised in the instant writ application stands resolved in order made by this Court on 12th July, 2018, in SBCWP No. 1767/2018, observing thus:
“Instant batch of writ applications has been instituted by the petitioners with a prayer for direction to the Staterespondents for verification of their documents with reference to the recruitment process involved herein.
Mr. S. K. Gupta, AAG, under instructions from Mr. Rajendra Shekhar Makkar, Dy. Secretary, present in Court; submits that the State-respondents are ready and willing to consider the claim of the petitioners and similarly placed candidates including those who have not instituted writ proceedings, in the backdrop of circular dated 29th May, 2018, which has been referred to and

relied upon by the petitioners referring to publication dated 24th June, 2018.
It is therefore urged that their claims would be considered provided a representation addressed by them within two weeks hereinafter and the matter would be proceeded accordingly on merits.
In view of the above, nothing substantial survives for adjudication of the matters.
Accordingly, keeping in view of the statement made on behalf of the State-respondents, the writ proceedings stand closed.
Respondents would do the needful to consider the claims of the petitioners and identically placed participating candidates provided they submitted representation(s) within two weeks hereinafter.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the batch of writ as well stay applications, stands closed.”
In view of the above, nothing substantial survives for adjudication in the matter.
Petitioner’s right would be governed by adjudication, as extracted hereinabove.
Writ proceedings stand closed.
