In the present writ petitions, the petitioners have laid challenge to corrigendum advertisement dated 14.9.2018.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents inform that the said corrigendum has been withdrawn by the respondent Jodhpur Municipal Corporation, vide order dated 4.10.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the petitions and the same are disposed of as having become infructuous.
