This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on 20.9.2018 seeking a direction to the respondents to accept the offline application form of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Special Teacher Gr.III (Level-II) pursuant to the advertisement dated 31.7.2018.
A perusal of the advertisement indicates that the last date for filling the offline application form was 25.8.2018 and whereafter, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the select list also has been issued by the respondents on 3.9.2018 and whereafter, further proceedings i.e. document

verification as well as allotment of districts have already taken place. No explanation has been given in the writ petition as to why once the last date indicated in the advertisement is 25.8.2018 for filling the offline application form, the petitioner has approached this Court on 20.9.2018, when select list in this regard has already been issued by the respondents.
On account of delay and laches on part of the petitioner, no case for interference is made out. There is no substance in the writ petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
