In the case of Sunil Kumar (supra), it was laid down as
under:-
“It is a standard procedure that wherever model answer keys are published, the candidates have to raise ‘objections to the model answer key’ based on the material available with them. The requirement as raised by the petitioner regarding the copies of their answer sheets as a prerequisite for raising objection is fantastic and totally baseless and cannot be made a ground to question the validity of the procedure adopted by the respondents.

In view thereof, there is no substance in the writ petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.”
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed in light of
