Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to make representation to the State Government in respect of the grievances raised in the present petitions and to file the writ petitions afresh, if the occasion arises.
It is submitted by the learned counsel that the representation to be made by the petitioners in respect of their grievances may be directed to be considered by the State Government expeditiously.
The limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners as aforesaid is not opposed by the learned Addl. Advocate General.

It is expected that the representation, if any, made by the petitioners in respect of the grievances raised in the present petitions shall be considered by the State Government expeditiously.
With these observations, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
