This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the notice dated 30.8.2018 (Annex.5) issued by the SubRegistrar, Cooperative Societies Hanumangarh, calling upon the petitioner to respond as to why a recovery to the extent of Rs.7,93,579/- be not affected against the petitioner.
The petitioner has challenged the said notice, inter alia, on several grounds. However, a perusal of the record indicates that

the petitioner has not responded to the notice and has rushed to this Court challenging the validity of the notice on the grounds as indicated in the writ petition. None of the grounds as raised pertains to the jurisdiction of the Sub-Registrar.
The petitioner has to raise all the grounds as raised in the present writ petition in response to the notice dated 30.8.2018 (Annex.5) before the Sub-Registrar and it is expected of the SubRegistrar to deal with the submissions made by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the above observations, as no case for interference at this stage is made out, the petition is dismissed.
