After arguing for some time, Mr. Soni, learned counsel for the petitioner makes an alternative submission that he would produce the original ‘ Bahi’, as directed by the trial court, vide its order dated 16.01.2018 along with photostat copies of the relevant pages and the trial court be directed to compare such photo copies with the original ‘ Bahi’ and thereafter return the original ‘ Bahi’ to the petitioner.
The request appears to be reasonable.
Hence, it is deemed appropriate and hence ordered that if the petitioner produces duly initialed photostat copies of the relevant pages of the ‘ Bahi’, along with the original ‘ Bahi’ before the trial court, the trial court would return the original ‘ Bahi’ after comparing the photostat copies so filed by the plaintiff with the ‘ Bahi’.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
The petitioner shall do the needful within a period of two weeks from today.
