It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for her afflictions ventilated in the present writ petition, petitioner has submitted a detailed representation before competent authority on 21st of August, 2018 (Annex.4), but so far no heed is paid the said representation. He, has, therefore, urged that requisite directions be issued to respondent No.3 for disposing of the representation in accordance with law.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel, without interfering with the impugned order, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to third respondent to dispose of representation of the petitioner within a period of fortnight from the date of
