It is stated at Bar by learned counsel for the petitioner that after ventilating his grievance against impugned transfer order by way of this writ petition, petitioner has submitted a representation before the competent authority.
In view of submissions made, the competent authority is expected to consider and decide representation of petitioner objectively preferably within a period of fortnight from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order strictly accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
