Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition ventilating his grievances against non-grant of second ACP upon completion of 18 years of services.

It is averred in the writ petition that first ACP was granted to the petitioner after completing nine years of service in terms of Notification dated 25.01.1992 by reckoning his services from the date of initial appointment but without any justifiable reason second ACP is not being allowed.

Although for the afflictions of the petitioner, alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, but it is submitted by learned counsel that petitioner wants to submit a detailed representation before competent authority for passing appropriate order in this behalf.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to submit detailed representation before competent authority for redressal of his grievances and the competent authority is expected to pass appropriate speaking order in this behalf, strictly in accordance with law. It is further expected of the competent authority to pass order on representation of the petitioner with promptitude, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of representation.

With these observation, this petition is disposed of.
