The appellants and the respondent have filed a joint application informing that the parties have entered into a compromise, which has been reduced in writing on 27.04.2018. The original of the compromise has been placed on record, along with the present application. Both the learned counsels jointly submitted that the present appeal be disposed of, in terms of the compromise aforesaid.
In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of, in light of the compromise dated 27.04.2018. The compromise dated 27.04.2018 shall be treated as part of the order instant.
Registry is directed to provide a certified copy of the compromise dated 27.04.2018 also, while providing certified copy of the order instant.
Decree, in terms of the compromise dated 27.04.2018, be drawn, in accordance with law.
