The present application has been filed by Family Court No.1, Jaipur, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case No.488/2015 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before it.
For the reasons stated in the letter dated 03.04.2018 sent by the Judge, Family Court No.1, Jaipur, the time for deciding the case, which was fixed vide order dated 20.03.2017 by this Court, is extended upto 30th November, 2018.
The application stands allowed as indicated above.
