Although as per office report notices have not been served upon respondent Nos.2/6/1 to 2/6/3, however, it is submitted by learned counsel for respondent No.1 that sole appellate has died long back on 7th of March, 2013. In support thereof, xerox copy of the death certificate of appellant is also produced before the Court.
In view of death of sole appellant, as back as on 7th of March, 2013, the instant appeal stands abated and same is, therefore, consigned to record.
