Petitioner had faced trial in FIR No. 51/2003 registered at Police Station Pisangan, District Ajmer under Section 341, 447, 354 Indian Penal Code, 1860. Trial Court vide judgment/order dated 17.11.2007 ordered the conviction and sentence of the petitioner under Section 447 and 354. Appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 25.6.2008. Hence the present petition by the petitioner.
