Counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present revision petition, his only prayer is that petitioner be permitted to surrender and submit bail bonds before the Court below as has been ordered by the Co-ordinate Bench in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.245/2018.

Considering the contentions of counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty.

However, in case, petitioner surrender before the trial Court within ten days from today, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the said Court.
