This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.373/2016 of Police Station SP-First, ACB, Jaiupur for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after attempting to argue the matter for quite some time on merits submits that he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however, seek liberty for the petitioners to move representation before the Investigating Officer.
Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
